Inkdrops Art & Calligraphy Classes
1. General
By enrolling in any course, workshop, or class offered by Inkdrops Art & Calligraphy Classes (“Inkdrops”, “we”, “our”, “us”), and by making payment through our website or mobile application, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all students, parents/guardians, and users of our services.
2. Course Enrollment
- Admission is confirmed only after payment of fees.
- Enrollment is non-transferable and valid only for the selected course, batch, and duration.
- Course schedules, faculty, and curriculum are subject to change if required.
3. Fees & Online Payment
All fees must be paid online through the official Inkdrops mobile application or authorized payment gateways. Fees mentioned are final and inclusive unless otherwise stated. We do not accept responsibility for payment failures caused by bank servers, payment gateways, or internet issues.
4. No Refund / No Cancellation Policy
- Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.
- No advance amount will be returned, whether the student:
- Discontinues the course
- Misses classes
- Changes batch preferences
- Is absent due to personal, medical, academic, or professional reasons
- Fees cannot be transferred to another student, course, or future batch.
5. Class Attendance & Missed Sessions
Students are expected to attend classes regularly. Missed classes will not be compensated, rescheduled, or refunded. Backup or extra sessions are provided only at the discretion of Inkdrops.
6. Mobile App Usage
Payments made via the mobile app are considered final once successful. Students must ensure correct course selection before payment. Inkdrops is not responsible for incorrect payments made by the user.
7. Certificates & Achievements
Certificates (if applicable) are issued only upon completion of the course and meeting attendance/assessment criteria. No certificate will be issued for incomplete courses.
8. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect instructors and fellow students. Inkdrops reserves the right to suspend or terminate admission without refund in case of misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of class rules.
9. Intellectual Property
All teaching materials, demonstrations, artworks, and content remain the intellectual property of Inkdrops. Recording, copying, or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Force Majeure
Inkdrops shall not be liable for cancellation or disruption of classes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.
11. Changes to Terms
Inkdrops reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective once published on the website or mobile app.
12. Governing
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
